WATERPROOFING/RESTORATION
Benjamin Maintenance locates the source of water infiltration and recommends cost-effective remedies. Sometimes just a sealant or coating is needed, more often repointing, recaulking, and reconstruction. Our work consists of all repairs from replacing aluminum cappings and other elements to complete curtain wall restorations.

Restoration is occasionally cosmetic, dealing with applications of various coatings, or repair and replacement of masonry, ornate or sculptured details, usually on older or landmark structures. We call on our various sources of craftsmen and artisans to rebuild, replace, and repair, utilizing steel pinning, epoxies, and other procedures.

Benjamin Maintenance is available to inspect and correct problems in violation of Local Law 10/80. We are always ready for quick response and emergency repair when required.

Roofing Projects

INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
Our experience has covered new, old, and landmark structures, Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Institutional in a broad spectrum of waterproofing materials and systems. These have been conventional built-up, modified bitumen, multi-ply roofing to single-ply membrane installations, flat and tapered insulation, flat and steep roofing with slag, slate, and tile, and paver roof deck systems. We also offer services in masonry waterproofing and restoration. To service our many projects, we maintain a fleet of more than fifteen trucks including Knuckle Boom lifting equipment and a full range of specialized equipment, including state-of-the-art hydraulic hoists.
