Benjamin Maintenance is proud to serve one of New York City’s most dynamic and iconic building portfolios, RXR Realty. At The Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue, we restored the entire cupola, performed extensive terra cotta column probes, and worked closely with engineers to design the best solutions for the next phase of Local Law 11 work. The project was awarded the Lucy G Moses Prevention Award, and Metamorphosis Award- Exterior Renovation in partnership with Thornton Tomasetti, RXR Realty & Boston Valley Terra Cotta.

At 620 Avenue of the Americas, we performed complete Local Law 11 of all four facades at this iconic landmark building.
